Famous: The Movie

Back by Popular Demand…it’s “Famous – ‘The Movie’ Musical”! 

Specifically for rising 5th graders and above…Be Famous!  Continue to follow the hottest talents at NYC’s High School of the Performing Arts during a new year of grueling and challenging training on their quest to be the best! 

Using current pop music that students know and love, each performer will have the chance to act, sing, and dance their way to the top as they create their own original story. Based on the hit movie, stage show, and TV series (like Glee), performers will work on vocal technique, choreography, and scene study.

They will have an awesome, public “premier” of their movie for friends and family via Zoom, on the final day!

• This camp will be taught in person at our studio in Chesterton.  The final performance will be recorded & shared via Zoom. 
• This camp is excellent for an actor at ANY level of training.  All levels & abilities welcome – you don’t have to be a current theatre student to participate!  
• This Summer Camp Package Includes:
  • 5 days of instruction in singing, acting, and movement taught by trained and experienced Theatre Professionals (20+ hours of training!)
  • Workshops in Improvisation, Vocal Technique, Original Choreography, & Playwriting  
  • Original, Custom-Tailored Script & Rehearsal Music
  • Experience designing their own costumes

• We are also offering a HYBRID virtual/in-studio enrollment option for this camp as well.
• Students can choose to participate via Zoom synchronously with the students working in the studio.
